Use of the App

IMASUS App supports workshops, learning resources, project collaboration, process documentation, and published project portfolios. You agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully, without infringing the rights of other users or disrupting the service.

Accounts and Invitations

Participant and facilitator accounts are invitation-based. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the content submitted through your account.

Participant Content and Publication

Participants retain responsibility for the text, images, videos, links, and profile information they add to projects. When a project is published, selected content and participant profile cards become publicly accessible as a portfolio page.

Do not upload or publish content that you do not have permission to use, that includes personal information about others without permission, or that is unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or misleading.

Intellectual Property

IMASUS materials, training content, glossary entries, challenge descriptions, graphics, logos, images, and software are owned by IMASUS or its licensors unless otherwise stated. They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or reused without explicit written consent from IMASUS.

By adding content to a project, participants grant IMASUS the permission needed to host, display, and, when the team chooses to publish, make that content publicly available as part of the project page.

Third-Party Links

The app may contain links to third-party websites or participant profile pages. These links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. IMASUS is not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.

Moderation

Facilitators and administrators may disable participants, projects, or published pages when needed to manage workshops, address conflicts, protect rights, or keep the service safe.

Limitation of Liability

IMASUS is not responsible for damage or loss arising from use of the app or information contained in it, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Modifications to Terms

IMASUS may update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page.
