Agenda
Four hours following the IMASUS Workshop Guide: a two-hour session together, then two hours in which the teams worked on their own, in the four stages of the Imagineering framework.
- Appreciating: the challenge cards; each student chose the industry challenge that mattered most to them and teams formed around those choices.
- Breathing: systems maps of actors, material flows and money flows, and the search for leverage points.
- Creating: each team named its idea, gave it a promise and a guiding principle, and imagined the scenario in which the change had already happened.
- Developing: the proposals became first prototypes, with the physical samples of the IMASUS collection and the microscope on the tables throughout.
